Hi Stephen,
thanks for reporting that issue. It is indeed a defect in the display of
the time, unfortunately a similar defect lies in the export of the
Cabrillo log so you will find that too incorrectly shows local time zone
times for log entries.
I have fixed it for the next release.
Note to self, remember to test in some other time zone as I am on UTC
during the non-DST period here in the UK.
