[wsjt-devel] hang in decode

Several time now I have had RC4 hang ( stop decoding ) with the 'Decode' 
button highlighted.  The first noticed condition is that nothing is 
being decoded to the band activity window ( which would suggest that 
there are no 77 bit signals ). However, stopping and restarting RC4 
produced 77 bit decodes.  RC4 seemed to be fully functional except no 
signals where being decoded and the decode button was stuck on and could 
not be toggled off.
