Al, This is expected behavior. Since RC4 does not decode 75 bit messages, it cannot subtract them. Thus, RC3 will often be able to decode a 77bit messages on the second or third decoding pass, after it has removed interference from 75bit messages. On the other hand, RC4 will not remove the interference and hence may fail to decode. This will go away once all users switch to using only 77bit messages.
