Explain me this.  My UCT was correctly logged in the Contest Log from the
get go.  24 hour and all.  My Win10 system was already set for 24 hour
display and I use a program called T-Clock to display the time in the lower
right Task Bar spot replacing the dinky Windows clock and sync my time
every hour.  This program gives me a nice modifiable time clock HH:MM:SS in
24h mode as well as a realistic "Big Ben" chiming function on computers
other than the one in the Ham Shack.  Could this be the reason my UCT was
correct?  BTW, this clock shows the LOCAL time, not UTC.  I still need that
to know what time it is here.  HiHi.
