Hi Shel,

this is expected behaviour if you share settings between version 1.9.1 and
v2.0.0. While you are running two versions we recommend that you do not
customize the colours in v2.0.0. If you really want to do so and have them
saved between sessions your only option is to use the '-r rig-name' option
on the command line of one instance of WSJT-X but note that this will
isolate everything including the log files so you will have independent log
files and worked before information for each instance.

This behaviour is mentioned in the Quick-Start Guide to WSJT-X v2.0 document
in the *Color highlighting* paragraph.
