I have been asked to set up a F/H demo for our hamfest in March. I'm thinking run the power all the way down on some rigs set up around the room and transmitting into dummy loads on a very discrete frequency so as to not get people too excited elsewhere. This way the local hams could actually see what is going on with the Fox and maybe understand the operation a bit better.
Since none of us here are experienced "Foxes", some guidance in this area would be really great. I know RTFM and I have done that, but experience is a better teacher, in my view. So, does anyone have a step by step guide on how to set up the Fox and what to expect on the Fox side during this demo? Help would be greatly appreciated to those that are in the know on this subject. Please answer off list. I'm good on QRZ. Thanks. George - WB5JJJ
