Looking at the screen grab shows that the station is signing /QRP. I work a lot of QRP, but I never sign /QRP, and I won't work a station signing /QRP. I see it as the station asking for special treatment.
Far more important, with modes other than WSJT modes, it makes copy of weak stations more difficult by requiring that the other station dig more content out of the noise. In a contest, it takes more time. I have the same problem with US stations signing /n when operating outside the call-area for their assigned call. While it's legal to do so, it's NOT required, and hasn't been for more than 40 years!
