Searched the list and could not find prior reports of this, hopefully
not a duplicate.
There appears to be a bug with the message content being dumped to
ALL.TXT where the first two characters are being truncated. I have only
tested this with JT9. Following are a few examples:
ALL.TXT:
190321_095600 0.474 Rx JT9 0 0.1 1088 @ K9SLQ EN70
Real message:
0956 0 0.1 1088 @ CQ K9SLQ EN70
ALL.TXT:
190321_100500 0.474 Rx JT9 22 0.1 1088 @ SLQ NO3M EN91
Real message:
1005 22 0.1 1088 @ K9SLQ NO3M EN91
ALL.TXT:
