Fwiw, I've seen that as well a few times. I think it was around aborted transmissions because of rig communication errors (I get these a few times a day, mostly while receiving, and clicking Retry always works). I always attributed it to me clicking too many buttons at once, but I can confirm that I've seen my own tx messages in the rx window. > > IIRC this fake transmission appeared in the waterfall window, also. Maybe it happens when the rig doesn't actually transmit, and then the tx audio is looped back to the rx audio.
