Hi Al,
you need to install the 64-bit variant of the OpenSSL libraries.
Specifically version:
https://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_0_2r.exe
from here:
https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
Take the default options including letting it install into the Windows
system location. You don't need to donate to the OpenSSL project if you
don't want to, just un-click the donation option.
