Looking at this ("Microphone Properties" for the USB Audio Codec that the
IC-7300 provides and that WSJT-X uses as input):

It gets set to 100% whenever WSJT-X 2.1.0-rc5 starts, and I have to set it
to 40% "by hand". WSJT-X  2.0.1 did not have this issue.

Windows 10 Pro x64 here.
