that doesn't help much unless the station is operated receive only. Time corrections for local latency are different from time corrections for remote (as in DX) stations having their clock set wrong.

Either way Mike. W9MDB's, "Time Fudge" application can be used to achieve what you want except for correcting for local network latencies when transmitting.
