Hi,

I joined the contest half an hour late. I got 8 QSOs to European stations
during the test and two US QSOs just after the test! I got typically three
to five decodes per timeslot, but my 100 W in a three legged dipole was not
enough for more exotic contacts. In earlier successful FT4 QSOs decoded
signal levels have been lower. Timing was ok. It could be that many stations
used much higher power and on my point of view had no receiver! Of course
there can have been local QRM I could not see, but change of TX frequency
was not very effective.

There were some stations that did not used RTTY contest mode and then QSO
logging failed unless I added received report manually such as R-02.

I tried to be prepared that my RR73 will fail and selected it as Next and
activated Enable Tx; while was ready to Halt Tx or start CQ.

73, Reino oh3ma
