That's to be expected when your using a version of JTAlert produced
before FT4 ever existed.
Initial support for FT4 was added with version 2.13.4, according to the
HamSpots logs, your spotting using 2.12.10.
Upgrading WSJT-X to embrace a new mode without a corresponding upgrade
of JTAlert will always produce unpredictable results.
There have been some further FT4 specific changes to JTAlert since
2.13.4. The latest build is 2.13.7, I strongly suggest you upgrade to
that build, there is no reason to stay with 2.12.10.
