Hi Jim,
you need to install the 64-bit version of the OpenSSL libraries. Follow
the instructions in the WSJT-X v2.0.1 User Guide but pick the Win64
variant of the OpenSSL package. The one you need is the
Win64_OpenSSL_v1.0.2s_Light package.
