Where do I go from here ?

I am trying to install release WSJT-X 2.0.1 on a MacBook Air with a 1.3GHz
intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of memory.
Using Mojave 10.14.5

There are no other apps or virus protection on the computer.

Hi Bob,

your description of how you executed the one time ReadMe.txt instructions seems incomplete. Did you move the sysctl.conf file to the /etc directory and change its ownership and permissions as follows:

  sudo cp $HOME/Desktop/sysctl.conf /etc/
  sudo chmod 664 /etc/sysctl.conf
  sudo chown root:wheel /etc/sysctl.conf

before you rebooted?
