As has been stated here (and elsewhere) many times: You should use WSJT-X v2.0.1 for the ARRL June VHF contest and Field Day, this year. FT8 is therefore available; FT4 is not.

For reasons best known to itself the ADIF Committee has defined FT8 as an
independent mode, but FT4 to be a Submode of MFSK.  WSJT-X follows this
specification and records both Mode and Submode in the ADIF file.
