Hi Phil,
you didn't say if you located the trace log file?
Does rig control work if you set WSJT-X to talk directly to the rig over
the CI-V interface serial port?
Do you have any offset set in "Settings->Frequencies->Station Details"?
Please answer these questions before including any more information
about your setup or this issue.
