Dick,

The manual provides a step by Step instruction which I found to be confusing, however, the last update (Main firmware dated 9-06-17) provided a quick way to quickly switch to the last three "channels" you selected similar to any of the band by hitting the band buttons.

PLEASE Note - Using the digital modes is almost impossible without the MARS MOD.

If I remember correctly, for SSB and CW hold the 14/5 band button until it jumps to a 60M channel, you then can also hit it several times to jump to the other two saved frequencies.

My preferred method is to do the Mars Mod which allows all modes and frequencies selections which is easy to do, a simple bridge between two *solder points*. I did it at the ripe old age of 75 and wearing glasses so I think most can easily do it.

There's also another if that scares you, using the manual method save the frequencies to your quick set memories and or also to a set of the memories then in the future you can jump via a button as in the Quick set.

Look at page 41 of the manual as a starting point.

PS- lots of digital activity on 60 meter FT8
