Hi Kevin,
fixes are in place for the major known macOS issues with WSJT-X, the
release should be soon but I am not able to say exactly when soon is.
With respect to MSK144, there is little (possibly none) difference
between v2.0.1 and v2.1.0 so using the older version is an optimal
workaround for that mode.
