Do not attempt to merge the lotw-user-activity.csv file with anything,
that file contains a list of last upload times for all LoTW users, it is
not specific to you and not related to your logged QSOs. It is only used
to highlight CQ or QRZ decodes from callsigns that are known to have
uploaded their QSOs to LoTW in the past.
