A known bug -- just resize the window and it will show again.

Just updated to the latest WSJTx that supports FT4. When I first open the
program the setting window is available and I am able to make changes without
any problems. If I start using the program, when I try to select the setting
window with either the F2 or the tab, the settings window is all blank. If I
close the program and restart the program the settings window displays, but
goes blank again. Depending upon where the cursor is in the window, different
dialog boxes will have some information. Never had the issue, until I updated
