I had exactly the same problem with my 80m FT8 QSO with VP6R that was completed at approx 0714z on Thursday 24th October. When I checked the log via ClubLog after a couple of log uploads that should have included my QSO, I found that my QSO wasn't shown but it subsequently did appear in the log after an upload sometime today, ie. about 30hrs after the QSO took place. Several other apparently-missing 80m FT8 QSOs have also now appeared in the log.
