Bill...it would be super nice if we could get debug turned on in WSJT-X as the
behavior is a bit different and different code paths.

Hi Jari,
it is hard to answer your questions as it depends on what is happening.
If the issue is caused by decoding then a saved .WAV file that can be
played back in WSJT-X to reproduce the issue is all that we need. For
other issues then steps to reliably reproduce are the best option. If on
MS Windows then the event log entry may be useful but often they are not.
