"Why should it?  Unless you're on Call 1st, you need to have the choice of who 
to answer (if any of them) if there's more than one.  That happens quite often. 
 It will move when you choose who to answer by double clicking him."


Perhaps you did not read the post that I linked.  It said - 


"WSJT-X ver 2.1.0 64 bit has an anomaly with RX frequency cursor positioning 
that I had not noticed in ver 2.0.1.

I call CQ with "Hold TX freq", "Call 1st", and "Auto Seq" enabled.  WSJT-X auto 
replies to a caller who is not at my TX frequency.  Sometimes my RX cursor 
moves immediately to the caller's frequency,  sometimes it moves later during 
the QSO, sometimes it never moves at all.

Shouldn't the RX frequency cursor move to the caller's frequency as soon as 
WSJT-X has decided this is the "first caller" and starts to auto-sequence the 
QSO?"

Please be sure to note - "I call CQ with "Hold TX freq", "Call 1st", and "Auto 
Seq" enabled. "
