Manufacturers don't put out rigs by ITU anymore...now they are using
self-invented country codes.
This was prompted by the IC9700 which has 5 models: USA, KOR, EUR, TPE
(TaiPei), ITR (Italy).
Rigs still don't have the ability to tell you what model they are so the
frequency ranges are really just informational and not used to restrict any
rx/tx abilityl

I was using this option because it was available and I have supposed
that there is a good reason for it. Now, that you reveal that it really
