Why is there no "F2" label on the File -> Settings... menu entry?
Some of the other F keys have labels, e.g. in the View menu.
Because F1 through F6 are overloaded with two sets of purposes. The
active set is selected by checking (or not checking) "File | Settings |
Alternate F1-F6 Bindings". The bindings are listed in "Help | Keyboard
Shortcuts".
