There is a bug in WSJT since FT4 was introduced. The ADIF log entry is
not broadcast to the defined secondary server port when in FT4 mode.
Simple switching to FT8 mode and clicking on "Log QSO" again, causes the
ADIF broadcast message to be sent.
So something is wrong when in FT4 mode that causes the ADIF text to not
be broadcast.
This bug is still in 2.3.0-rc2
