Given the number of cultural differences in naming, it is a difficult question which name is the given name and which is the family name.

If it is a Spanish speaker, it is likely that both the father's and mother's family names will be included in the full name. If the OP is Hungarian, the given name will be the last name and the family name the first name. If the OP is Chinese, then the family name will also be first, unless the OP has adopted the English order when working in an English language environment. Etc.
