Hi All

Was in an FT4 contest and noticed the reports logged in wsjt_log.adi do not
match up with what was sent - or in this case not sent.

Basic vanilla FT4 mode no weird contest modes etc. (apart for the odd
person!!!)

One station:

201222_122130 7.048 Tx FT4 0 0.0 1258 GU0XXX GM8MJV IO85

201222_122145 7.048 Tx FT4 0 0.0 1258 GU0XXX GM8MJV IO85

201222_122153 7.048 Rx FT4 -1 -0.1 871 GM8MJV GU0XXX R IN89
201222_122200 7.048 Tx FT4 0 0.0 1258 GU0XXX GM8MJV RR73

201222_122208 7.048 Rx FT4 -2 -0.1 870 GM8MJV GU0XXX 73

He was not sending a report due to the contest mode he was in. Yet the logfile
does show it.

WSJT-X_log.adi:

<CALL:6>GU0XXX <GRIDSQUARE:4>IN89 <MODE:4>MFSK <SUBMODE:3>FT4 <RST_SENT:3>+06
<RST_RCVD:3>-09 <QSO_DATE:8>20201222 <TIME_ON:6>122200 <QSO_DATE_OFF:8>20201222

<MY_GRIDSQUARE:6>IO85MU <TX_PWR:2>50 <OPERATOR:6>GM8MJV <EOR>

What was logged looks like the previous qso - if no report was sent.

201222_122023 7.048 Rx FT4 6 -0.0 826 GM8MJV G0VDZ IO91
201222_122030 7.048 Tx FT4 0 0.0 1258 G0VDZ GM8MJV +06

201222_122038 7.048 Rx FT4 5 -0.0 827 GM8MJV G0VDZ R-09
201222_122045 7.048 Tx FT4 0 0.0 1258 G0VDZ GM8MJV RR73

201222_122053 7.048 Rx FT4 4 -0.0 826 GM8MJV G0VDZ R-09
201222_122102 7.048 Tx FT4 0 0.0 1258 G0VDZ GM8MJV RR73

201222_122108 7.048 Rx FT4 9 -0.0 826 GM8MJV G0VDZ 73

<CALL:5>G0VDZ <GRIDSQUARE:4>IO91 <MODE:4>MFSK <SUBMODE:3>FT4 <RST_SENT:3>+06
<RST_RCVD:3>-09 <QSO_DATE:8>20201222 <TIME_ON:6>122023 <QSO_DATE_OFF:8>20201222
<TIME_OFF:6>122045 <BAND:3>40m <FREQ:8>7.048758 <STATION_CALLSIGN:6>GM8MJV
<MY_GRIDSQUARE:6>IO85MU <TX_PWR:2>50 <OPERATOR:6>GM8MJV <EOR>

Is this by design or a bug - if no report was sent nothing should be logged,
would have thought if something, then 00 and not the previous QSO.
