F33 has boost-1.73.0-9.fc33.x86_64 and boost-devel-1.73.0-9.fc33.x86_64, but package uses libboost_atomic.so.1.69.0()(64bit) is needed by wsjtx-2.3.0_rc3-1.x86_64.
