Nobody ever said the timestamps in the window you show should be in a sorted, monotonically increasing order.
The timestamps on both Rx and Tx lines are the nominal times at which that sequence started.
Lines are displayed as soon as they are available.That means Tx lines are displayed at the time that a transmission starts (or is restarted).
If an Rx line is decoded after a transmission has started, by your reckoning it will appear to be "out of order". If it were available sooner, i.e. before your next transmission started, it would have been displayed sooner.
