I fiddle around with stuff and it starts working. This last time I
thought to do Generate Standard Messages and it started working.
I don't know exactly what gets it out of this state or how a program
launch causes this problem sometimes.
Once it starts working, it's flawless.
ideas? Anyone else ever seen this?

Hi Jeff,
you mention using "Generate Std Msgs", that is probably the key, WSJT-X
will not send a blank message.
