Been seeing the same on Win10 PC and ANAN/OpenHPSDR (mrx and Thetis) for as long as I have been using WSJT-x (since about mid-2016), i.e. carrier with no audio/modulation.
However, I would say it happens mostly when doing a reply click on caller, or tx enable, close to the end of a decode period.
