No CAT control. I am using my own home built transceiver, PTT:ed by DTS
on a FTDI chip.
The RX thermometer stops moving and waterfall stops scrolling.
And now, when I went back to version 2.2.2, I still have the same
problem. It was not like that before, I am sure.

are you using CAT control? What rig are you using? What PTT Method do
you use? Does the Rx thermometer style level indicator stop moving?
Does the waterfall display stop scrolling?
