Welcome Gary,
The SignaLink USB interface is not a CAT interface. Your only valid CAT
settings in WSJT-X when using a SignaLink USB interface is
"Settings->Radio-Rig->None" and with that interface on you rradio you
should also select "Settings->Radio->PTT Method->VOX" as the SignaLink
USB handles PTT autonomously. The Tx audio source selection on the
TS-850 is determined by how the rig is keyed, if keyed by the ACC 2 PKS
(pin 9) then Tx audio is taken from the ACC PKD (pin 11) only and the
front panel MIC input is muted. This should all be handled by the
SignaLink USB connection cable and internal configuration plug.
