This evening I upgraded the NC1I 23cm EME station from v2.5.1 to v2.5.2 and encountered some problems:
- a 3 to 4 second delay before TX is enabled - this acts like a problem we saw on the 70cm station some weeks back and was fixed (regression?) - rig control doppler TX and RX rig frequencies do not seem correct Additionally - in v2.5.2 clicking the Tune button has a noticeable delay, whereas the 70cm station with v2.5.1 the tune is almost instantaneous. Reinstalling v2.5.1 on top of the updated v2.5.2 version restored proper functionality: keying is immediate and frequencies are correct. CAT is to a microHAM microKeyer II that is connected to a K3 PTT is to a virtual COM port on the microHAM router that controls the K3 No settings were changed going back and forth between v2.5.1 and v2.5.2 I see Mike's previous posting in this list about a new hamlib package - I can give that a try sometime, but tomorrow starts the EME contest so don't want to make any more changes until after the contest.
