My job is internet related systems administration. Battle with
internet attacks, spam etc. is my daily work.
So false positive on mitigation is quite common problem. But it
seems that this filter affects very huge
amount of users in Europe for about half of year!. And not only
HAMs, which will get from archive.org
always latest version delayed by several weeks (just now latest
snapshot on archive.org is from Dec 7th).
They even will not get info that new version is released because
info pages of project are on same server.
So if anybody of you have relation with Princeton University, ask
them what happened to their IT system
Admins and if IP filter can be adjusted for web access from
common areas. They probably chose bad
strategy on filtering..

P.S. Yes, there is also repo on SourceForge here. But almost all
reference links points to Princeton web. So may
be for future please modify reference links on other sites to
contain both links.

is inaccessible from (and only from!) big part of Europe.

Reason is probably misconfiguration of some kind of DOS IP
filtering
for this web. Other webs as for example:
https://phy.princeton.edu/
seems to be OK.
