I do the same and it is problematic, I often set the TX sequence to be the same
as WSJT-X and dump the audio into a virtual soundcard that goes nowhere.
However, it is tricky. What would be useful is an RX1st or RX2nd button that
stopped RX on the opposite sequence. This would also be useful for WSJT-X as I
run 4 instances of WSJT-X on 2m, 0, 45, 90 and 135 deg. I will copy this reply
to the development team.

Subject: [Moon-Net] When Using Map65 and WSJT-X

Hello Moon Net
I run Map65 and WSJT-X to RX signals. When I TX using
WSJT-X I will turn off Map65 so that I don't overload the program.

My question.....Is there a way to TX on one program and have the RX function
turn off on the other program Automatically ?

I use a Fun Cube Dongle on Map65 and I do have relays that open to reduce RF
going to the Fun Cube,

Best Regards
