Duplicated here as well. Even tried to change the focus to another item and it
still enabled TX when I press Enter.

Duplicated this behavior -- doesn't matter if you enter a frequency or not.
Just hitting enter on the box enables TX if there are messages in the generated
messages.
If you just click somewhere else instead of hitting Enter it works OK.
And this only happens on Hound mode.
