I must admit that I missed the part about the qso on .150 and focused on the .174 part. I really could not answer your question aboutthe larger change in frequency from .150 to .174. Sorry that I misunderstood. Perhaps the question is best answered by someone whoknows more about the reporting to pskreporter.
