Very strange qso in 10m with J8/AJ4YX. Or was it really AJ4YX after all?

-ICOM IC7300
The callsign of AJ4YX varied as <...>, <UB2FCL>, <AJ4YX> and <J8/AJ4YX>
in ALL.TXT and screen.
Who I actually was working with?
And in addition ALL.TXT says that I was receiving on 28.026MHz and
Transmitting on 28.091MHz !
