Hereby making a suggestion:
During the moment when the version of WSJT-X has been downloaded and the
next step is taken, which is executing the particular file
wsjtx-x.y.z-winNN.exe, why not first open a list of questions that must
all be answered with "Y" or "Yes" before it will install\? That way you
could list the Web address for the correct version of the hamlib DLL.
Then the person could answer "N" and go get the correct DLL, or whatever
other file is necessary. This is instead of assuming that between the
installation operation and the normal first time startup of wsjtx.exe
the person has stopped and read the manual first.
