I tried to updated the hamlib, 64 bit version.  I have several
radios/instances on my PC for various radios, I tried with 3 installations.
In each case, pushing the Update Hamilb produced the error "Error Loading
Hamlib-r.dll TLS Initialization failed" the first time I tried running.
Attempting a second update greyed out both the Update and Revert button so
they were not accessible.  

I am not sure if the file was updated or not.
