Hi Lance, I just now had the opportunity to look at the clone your friend is using. My program, QLog, is not a clone. It is a full blown logging program that I written and later enhanced for use by blind hams. It monitors all the UDP traffic from WSJT-X and informs the user through audio as what is occurring in WSJT-X . It does not act as a robot when either answering stations calling CQ or when the user decides to call CQ. It has various functions and filters/alerts that allows a blind ham to participate in all FT8/FT4/MSK144 functions/events including special events. There are 2 companion programs that go along with QLog, WChgSet facilitates changing various waterfall settings as well as creating the special event configurations all without the need to either see the waterfall or have WSJT-X active. The Alltext.exe facilitates the search within the All.txt file without regard to the actual files size. Both companion programs are enhanced for operation by a blind/visually impaired user without the need for a screen reader. You may want to download the documentation from the site that Reino mentioned and you are more than welcome to download the programs themselves. 73, Sam W2JDB
