Hi Marty: MacLoggerDX is an excellent logging program for MacOS, and it includes automatic uploading of QSOs to LoTW in real time. See https://dogparksoftware.com/MacLoggerDX.html.
It does not run on iOS though. Do you really need a logging program for your iPhone/iPad?
