VFOB should update frequency and mode when you change bands or transmit.
What rig do you have?

I use the hamlib rigctl management in WSJT-X, with Mode:data/pkt, Split: use
rig.
When I start the program VFO A is right set using data, but VFO B is set to
LSB or USB.
Is there a way to force the radio to use VFO A=B in relation to TX/RX Mode?
I would like to avoid setting it manually every time.
