Alan, Talk to Joe (K1JT) off list. The SuperFox keys are being closely held and as you noted, are only normally available to 'certified' DXpeditions. Whether Joe will take you up on the offer is best handled privately and not on this list, with the inevitable cheerleaders and their counterparts.
