By design, SuperFox transmissiions can send two forms of CQ messages.
1. A "bare CQ" transmission -- one that includes no Hound callsigns --
includes the 4-character locator of the SuperFox.
2. CQs attached to normal transmissions to calling SuperHounds contain
no locator.
