Amateur radio is challenging and always has been. How many times have we
waited for a signal that we knew was there but couldn’t copy? Patience usually
pays off and the band rolls around so can log it. Knowing propagation and
working with it are part of ham radio, aways have been. Yes, the current solar
solar cycle is amazing (and challenging) in more ways than one. Learn to work
with it and don’t expect to get on and have the contact handed to you on a
golden log sheet every time. You won’t succeed every time, but the reward of
patience and ‘stick-to-itness’ is worth it.

This software has been amazing with the ability to increase the number of
completed Qs. By the way, my receiver showed a record number of FT8 callers
one day with 4.8KHz of callers from the lower audio spectrum to 4.8K on my 890,
all in the same sequences. The spectrum was full, and the software decoded it
all.
